Positive: The apartment is in then very heart of Sulmona so it is easy to visit all its attractions and places of historical interest, and enjoy the great restaurants. The great welcome we received. Germano waited for us for a rather late check in and went out of his way to provide us with a lot of useful information about the surroundings, parking, events, shops and restaurants and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Great host!

Positive: I liked being greeted by the host and having everything about the apartment explained. I liked the openness of the one room apartment. I liked that the host gave us information about great restaurants. I liked the location of this property which was in the historic area and only several blocks from all of the sites and restaurants.

Positive: The location was super close to the centro storico of Sulmona and to a free parking lot. The host Germano and his sister were super welcoming and helping in everything they could. La Casetta is super cozy and had everything you need to spend a good and relaxing time.

Positive: The property is perfectly situated near the train station and easily within walking distance to the center of Sorrento and stunning vista points. It’s is also very closely situation to the gardens of Sorrento which we loved and took advantage of during our visit. The apartment is has been tastefully updated with very nice features. It is equipped with what you will need for your stay. It also does have a washer which is a big help when traveling through Italy. The host meet us there and was great with suggesting things to do, places to go and restaurants. They will also help with tours and excursions if you’re looking for that which is great. We are more the do it yourself type but knowing if we needed something they were there was a nice backup! Our stay was great!
Negative: Just a few more kitchen items would be helpful and make more sense for a such a nicely equipped kitchen - ie: cutting board - garlic press - serving bowls. The kitchen was so nice that little things like that lacking seemed odd.
